Any dropshipper found using abusive language, fraudulent practices, or inappropriate behavior will have their account suspended or terminated immediately.

NBC Traders will provide tracking numbers and update the shipping status of orders, but we are not responsible for manually reporting updates on every request.

Payment claims will not be entertained after 60 days of the order date or 15 days from invoice generation.

Detailed payment reports are shared with dropshippers, and it is their responsibility to keep track of transactions and ensure timely follow-ups.

NBC Traders does not guarantee the availability of any specific products at all times and reserves the right to add, remove, or alter products depending on stock levels and market circumstances.

Prices of listed products may be changed by NBC Traders at any time based on market conditions without prior notice.

Once a payout request is approved, NBC Traders will release the amount within 3 to 4 working days.

Parcels will be shipped to customers under the dropshipper’s brand name to ensure a professional experience.

The minimum payout threshold is Rs. 1,000 or above. Any amount less than this will be carried forward to the next payout cycle.
