If you fail to provide the required verification document/information within two (2) days after notification, your order will be cancelled automatically. The Site can also cancel any order directly if we suspect there is a risk of fraud.

If a product price is inaccurately displayed, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order. PAYMENTS PROCEDURE

You can avail Pay on Delivery as well as all available payment options for orders priced below Rs. 200,000. You cannot avail Pay on Delivery for orders priced over Rs. 50,000. For orders above Rs. 200,000, you must pay the full amount through a credit card online.

On nbctraders.com, all intellectual property (registered or unregistered) shall remain our property, protected under Pakistan’s copyright laws and international conventions. The intellectual property of the Site includes but is not limited to graphics, software, source code(s), designs, layouts, logos, videos, photos, content, music, audios, and all software compilations. All rights are reserved.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

This Site provides all products, content, information, materials, items, and services on an “as is” and “as available” basis, unless otherwise specified in writing. The Site can revoke your license and rights granted under these Terms. You agree to discontinue the use of this Site and acknowledge the rights of the Site to revoke all account details (including username, password, address, financial details, etc.) and deny you complete or partial access.

The termination of Terms and Conditions shall not affect the respective rights and obligations of the parties (e.g., payment obligations) arising before the date of termination. You agree that the Site cannot be held liable to you or any other party for revocation of license, restricted access, or termination.
